Returns Policy
PLEASE NOTE: Play Resource operates a 90 day returns policy. At Play Resource we want to provide members with the best possible customer service, therefore we operate a no quibble 90 day returns policy for items purchased in the Art & Craft Shop.
A request for refund can be made for any product within 90 days of purchase, for whatever reason as long as it is returned in its original condition with the receipt.
Please ensure that packaged items are unopened, unless the item is faulty.
