How to Join

Membership is an application process that takes up to 2 weeks to process.  It is not possible to join over the counter on arrival at Play Resource.  To make collections and use the services an application must have already been processed in advance of a visit to the centre.

Select the relevant membership form to download.  Send the completed form along with the requested documentation and correct fee to:

Please note: Any additional documentation requested is outlined on the membership forms. Please ensure you are happy to accept the Conditions of Membership.

Membership lasts for 12 months and a renewal reminder will be sent out accordingly.

If you need to make changes to the card holders on your Play Resource membership please download the relevant change of Cardholder Form and return it completed and signed along with the appropriate fee.
