Learn how to create a special trick or treat bag for Halloween night using the following materials:

  • Felt Sheets A4 Orange (makes one)
  • Black Ribbon 1M
  • Felt Stars
  • Double Sided Tape
  • Fabric Pens/Tulip Paint
  • Ruler
